They are also doing work at the community where I live. The craftsmanship is very poor at best. I am assuming that they have no quality control or very low standards. I don't think they have actual licensed professionals do the plumbing or electrical work.

I live at Reflections, and now for what seems like the 100th time, I have been billed incorrectly, and my money orders have "gone missing". Yes, it gets fixed when I go and show my receipts, however, its highly inconvenient when you work in an office and have to drive across ton on your lunch break just to prove you paid your full rent. When I paid my pet deposit, they lost that then applied it to the wrong thing. Whats even worse is, they had the audacity to ask for another pet deposit. When I re-signed my lease, (Big Mistake BTW) They realized they hadnt charged me pet rent the whole time and said they would have to back bill me. How am I supposed to feel comfortable living somewhere that consistently tells me wrong totals, loses my money, and bills me incorrectly? Lets also touch on the fact that when I re- signed, they upped my rent $100.00 per month. When I brought it to the managements attention, they said I should have just asked for a lower increase. Newsflash, I did, and was told nothing could be done. Poor Management. Your company absolutely needs to take a closer look at its accounting personnel. I can not wait for this lease to be over.

Moved into Villiages of Bent Tree 11/2014- THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH AN APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! THE FIRST APARTMENT I SIGNED A LEASE FOR WASN'T EVEN UP TO MY STANDARDS ON MOVE IN DAY. THERE WAS PAINT OVER-SPRAY COVERING THE CABINETS, FIXTURES AND SINKS. THERE WERE LOOSE PIECES OF WOOD UNDER THE CARPET, THE COUNTERTOPS WERE PAINTED WITH A FLAT WHITE PAINT. I LET THEM KNOW I WAS DISSATISFIED AND I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT ANOTHER VACANT UNIT IN WHICH THE RENT WAS $100 MORE. AND MAINTENANCE IS SO SLOW, IT TAKES 4-7 DAYS TO COMPLETE A WORK ORDER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I PLACED A WORK ORDER 4 DAYS FOR AN INOPERABLE DRYER... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I CALLED THE LEASING OFFICE AND WAS TOLD "MAINTENANCE WILL GET TO IT WHEN THEY GET TO IT" WTF?!? MY TUB DIDN'T DRAIN FROM DAY ONE... THEY'VE MADE 3 ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THE DRAIN WITH NO RESOLVE. I HAD TO HIRE A PLUMBER AND PAY $131 TO UNCLOG MY BATH TUB. IT'S LIKE ONCE YOU SIGN THAT LEASE AND PAY A DEPOSIT, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES OUT THE WINDOW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE... STAY CLEAR!
