Contacted 1st Choice Construction to re-roof my house. I am very pleased with the entire experience from price quoting to clean-up. My house was their house during the roofing— making the necessary fixes to resolve issues. The management and crew looked at the decking and replaced the damaged ones. Rerouted my bathroom vent. Re-flashed an area causing a water leak inside. It was a highly personalized experience. They completed the entire roof in one day, hammering nails in every shingle. The clean-up of debris was done quite well, collecting the nails with magnets. The outcome was a fantastic job— the newly shingled roof looks great and roof back to doing its job!

Finally a contractor that shows up. Not only that but they did a wonderful job. Everyone was extremely respectful, clean, and hard working. Communication is amazing with this company! I highly recommend them and while I hope to not need them any time soon for my home roof; we will be using them for future projects.

Fast, friendly and very good workmanship. Owner was quick on estimate and very clear on what tasks was going to be completed. The work was completed in 1 day. Clean up holy cow what a great job, they put back every item that was moved and also ran a magnet over the entire yard to make sure all nails was picked up. Owner was also at the site during the day, multiple times. I am recommending 1st choice to anyone who is in need of a roof, gutters, or siding.

We asked 1st Choice Construction to come and give us a estimate. Because we have a really small hole in our roof. Their son came and looked at it. And said he would give us a estimate. But they never called and never showed back up!! I also wanted to get a estimate for the whole roof to be replaced..😡

They showed up when expected, were very considerate in all our dealings and the new roof was done very quickly. Our daughter needs a new roof too and I have given her your number.
