Representative came to our house right on time, and she was very knowledgeable about our needs. Shingle work was performed when the weather was perfect. Twelve person crew did the job in one day. Efficient, hard working team impressed us greatly. Our roof is steep and it has lots of angles, but the crew did the job perfectly. We had three new skylights installed, with a very minimum of dust falling into the house. There are no leaks anywhere. We'd hire J & B West again in an instant. We have found J & B West Roofing to be truly professional during the entire process of our roof replacement. From our initial inquiry, receiving the estimate, signing the contract and installation the process was great! The day of installation the crew was professional and completed the job in only one day. The project manager was here the entire day of installation and was responsive to our questions and one minimal concern. Four days after installation 30-40 mph winds and the roof is intact!
