I manage a three family condo in downtown Evansville. I asked Popham to give me a bid and time frame for two projects on the building roof - replace a window + frame and also to replace rubber boots around some vent pipes. I received both within two days. I accepted the bid and both projects were completed on time and on budget. I'm now going to ask them to bid on repairing windows and soffits on the back side of this 4 story condo. I'm happy.
