Our Four Season room by Elite Sunroom Systems was completed professionally and in a timely manner. From Kyle and his concrete guys, who took good care not to tear up the lawn, to the installers who were polite and worked diligently, even in light rain. They took pride in their work and made sure it was built correctly the way they would want it done if it were their house. We contacted this company about repairing our roof over our sunroom. A man came out and several days later we contacted him as to what the estimate was. He told my husband the amount & said he would email it to us. My husband contacted this man three more times & each time he was "just gonna get that right to us." We have yet to hear anymore from him. If they can't get back to you with written estimate I would not trust them to do any work. If they don't want or Can't do the job why Don't they just say so up front.
