The assessment showed that although our roof is doing well now, we will need to consider replacing it in the future. Brian took the time to explain all of our different choices and supplied us with a great estimate for replacement. We take great comfort warentee as well as the type of materials he uses for roofing. Although we didn’t replace the roof this month, we have the peace of mind of knowing who we will go to when the time is right.

Brian & his team are outstanding. They were not only on time but a few minutes early for both the estimate & roof replacement. The team completed the task of removing 3 layers of roofing, replacing half a dozen sheeting panels, the works in one day. They even found and placed a damaged 16' 2x8 facia board inside a hard to reach Gable. The cean up at the end of the day was outstanding, to the point you wouldn't even know someone was there. I could never recommend them enough. The price was very reasonable but, their honesty & integrity could not be matched. Brian & his team at Grand Roofing are an outstanding group you'll be more than happy with should you need their services.
