Working with this company has been a disappointment. I paid almost 10,000 for new windows and a front door. I found out that I got the lowest grade product on the market. They started the job seven weeks after I signed the contract with a down-payment of half the total; a full two weeks later than they promised without even a phone call to follow up. A job that I was told would take two days ended up taking over two weeks. The guy doing the work kept showing up late or not at all. When I pointed out a piece of vinyl that I did not want on the inside frame of the new door, the guy yanked it down and stormed off the job. The owner said he was short of help. I could go on... What I can say is that if you are in need of some work that does not need to be high-quality, then maybe you can strike a better deal with this guy than I did. I cannot recommend this company.
