Calvin and his crew just completed my roof. He did a great job. Communicated well with me throughout entire job from first meeting through the completion of the project. Gave me daily updates once work began. Work was delayed one day due to rain. House was left water tight the day before to ensure no damage was done by rain and he came by while it was raining to ensure nothing blew off in the rain and wind. Very thorough. Very clean. Very fair with pricing. Uses quality materials. His team takes pride in their work and it shows.

1st Rate Construction did a wonderful job on our roof! They worked from sun up to sun down, getting the job completed in a weekend. They were very professional and courteous. They let us know the progress and cleaned up as they worked. We will definitely use them for our future projects!
