Recently had a roof put on a rental property by Walter's. They did a great job and finished it within a week. I called 7 or 8 roofers and only 2 of them were cheaper than Walter's, but he had good reviews so we paid the little($200 or $300) more to have him do it. Also, we had some wood that was rotten and I was really concerned about it racking up a big bill when they pulled the shingles off. However, I met with Walter's before they started and we discussed the issue. They replaced all of the rotten wood and it was included, NO EXTRA Expenses when the job was done. 100% recommend.
