After a tornado in Ruston LA, I met one of your employees offering to patch a roof for free. Was clear no business to be gained, still climbed up and patched a roof, preventing untold damage! Mr James Bell has had integrity throughout our interactions( I was tracking to make sure this older lady got help, that I couldn't help, and he was able to help her). I was a volunteer, but was impressed and asked for a card. I will continue to give his number out. Appreciate that guy and yall for allowing him to help. Kudos

I can wholly recommend this company. Cary, the person I dealt with, was polite, kind, and honest. He met my insurance adjuster here and everything went smooth as silk. The roofers cleaned up everything thorough. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Just wanted to share my experience as a neighbor to someone who had their roof replaced by Avco here in Shreveport. The crew was very professional, worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. The neighbors roof looks great! Amazing experience! They are very fast and professional! Brandon Heath was our contact and he worked closely with us and our insurance to make this as quick and painless as possible. He addressed all my concerns and questions about the process and made sure that not only was I getting a new roof, but a better one. The avco crew worked fast and triple checked to make sure they cleaned up after themselves. Brandon even knew that I had a toddler at home and made the extra effort to check for any debris left over after the job! Class act! These guys are top notch and very professional! Highly recommend!!
