Called to schedule an appointment for them to come look at my roof that was leaking and they never set a specific time. Got a call the next day that he had already been by my house and didn’t know where the leak was so he couldn’t diagnose the problem. Came by the next day while I was at home and didn’t even get up on the roof. He told me what he assumed the problem was and they sent me an estimate to “Repair Roof at rear of house over leak” was all that was included in the estimate. Very unprofessional and price was not reasonable compared to others that actually diagnosed the problem.

Totally unprofessional. Called this company for roof leak and few missing shingles. He just won’t get up there on the roof to check missing shingles for me. So lazy to say from him “ Where are missing shingles I don’t see them from here”. Duh If you bring your ladder and get your lazy ass up to roof. You will see it. I went up to roof and saw those missing shingles already. And again he was not friendly at all.
