Great company to deal with, they were prompt and did excellent work. We signed our contract on a Wednesday and the worker's were there the following monday. They worked hard(12 hour days) in the July heat. The property was spotless when they were finished. Highly recommend.
Just bought a townhome recently and had Turner come out and replace the old roof. Fair price and great people to work with. They got everything done in a day and then replaced a window screen that the crew accidentally ripped. Overall, the great service and ease of communication with the company was certainly worth the bit of extra money. Highly recommend.
I had a very poor experience with Turner roofing, despite knowing them. I manage an expensive property in Towson with a leaky roof so I arranged an inspection. The technicians insisted that the roof was in great condition and that no resealing was necessary but they agreed to replace an exhaust cap around the suspect area. They did not show up for work and several days later I received a phone call from one of the supervisors who berated me for making an unnecessary appointment. When it was later determined by a different company that the roof needed to be replaced, I contacted Turner Roofing (naively) for an additional estimate and they did not respond. It surprises me that they have survived in the competitive roofing industry. Extremely unprofessional.
had some very angry road rage from a driver and passenger in a turner roofing truck, very unprofessional and disgusting of someone to conduct themselves that way in a company vehicle.
I had my roof replaced by Turner Roofing in 2010. Recently I had an issue with moisture in the attic causing mold across the roof. My first reaction was to call Turner Roofing and complain. I spoke to (was I assume was) the office manager, Stacy. She was so professional and understanding as I attempted to explain my problem. She took down all of my information and said she would speak to Ted Turner (the owner) to see if there was something they could do. Steve and Ted set up a consultation (for free!) a few days later and personally came out to take a look. They spent at least an hour taking a thorough look through the attic and roof. I was so surprised how much time they took to not only examine the problem but to also explain the issue to me. Turns out the problem was our bathroom fan vent that was putting moisture from the bathroom directly into the attic. They explained how to take care of the problem and went on their way. It was great to experience a company that stands behind their work, even 7+ years later. Would definitely recommend!
