Where do I even begin? It’s like a reality show! You really DO become friends with the company you hire! We purchased this home going into it knowing the remodels that we’re an absolute must. We had several companies come over to give us a quote. A lot of the sales reps were so pushy and didn’t answer a lot of questions or they had to make a phone call to get a answer. Well once Remodeling M.D came over we knew that was it! For my husband to be so impressed by the project manager and sales rep shows just how much they made this process easy! They were so friendly and knowledgeable about every little tiny detail! So with this being such a huge investment of course every decision made was on our end but we were able to trust all opinions suggested by their team. We hired them and now looking at our house we are truly blessed. They dealt with my crazy, they answered all of my calls, text and concerns I had for them. They assured me I wasn’t bothering them and knew I was so worried because I mean come on! It’s a big deal! The managers came often to check on the crew. The crew was so much fun! They were always so pleasant(even working in the cold front that came in) they totally renovated the exterior of our home within 5 days! Every day I drive down our driveway and look at our new home, I think about the guys at Remodeling M.D and thank them under my breath. Their true professionalism and demeanor is one thing that will stand out with me forever. We are so pleased with them so we just hired them for our interior remodeling! Sorry guys it looks like we are staying friends for a little while longer! Even though I feel like we have a lifelong relationship now(until there are no more remodels in our home haha) I am looking forward to my new shower, sliding glass door and two windows!! Awesome company - they worked quickly and completed the job on budget. I'm going to have them come back to do my windows in the spring.
