Rick was great! We were concerned about a possible issue with our roof, and he came out to our house twice (once when there was still snow). He was communicative, respectful, and honest. We appreciate his attention to detail and integrity. He ultimately found nothing wrong with the roof and went above and beyond to check out our attic to look for the source of the issue in our home.
