Well...having used Masterson personally on an investment property...I would and will continue to recommend them. I like small business...and they are a well oiled machine. I can't say enough about their craftsmen, but I found their business office to be completely classless. Masterson completed my roofing/interior work, but along with that, I ended up paying for additional services that were not rendered. In Februrary 2019 I contacted Masterson's office in an attempt to resolve what I thought was an Innocent error, and I was told someone would get back to me. From February - April 2019, I contacted Masterson's office several times, each time I was told they would follow up with me but no response. On one occasion the office manager did tell me that a situation similar to mine had previously occurred. Ironically, they were very good about returning my calls when they were asking me to pay their invoice. On April 5th, I called to speak with the owner Todd to make him aware of the situation. I left a message and was told Todd would call me back that day...still waiting. Everyone is always worried about contractors with shady practices and unfortunately this is one. Please reference Better Business Bureau Complaint #13490060, MD State Attorney General Case #MU-309869, and pending MD Civil Court action.

Todd came out and gave us a wonderful quote. We had 2 more quotes but went with Masterson Roofing and Exterior. The crew came out and did a great job. Extremely happy with the whole job. I will be passing along your information to my neighbors.
