a little over one year after green tech remodel my windows, roof and gutter helmet, my gutter got clogged, they asked me to clean gutter every year because their gutter helmet does not work, my ceiling in kitchen has water mark spot in less then 1 year, and windows has water vapor, even large water drops some time during winter time. The General Manager claimed all their products are life time guaranteed, and are all high quality products in US when he came to collect money right after the remodeling, when we report the problem to him, he ends up to say nothing is 100%, you either fix the problem yourself, or pay the money for them to fix the problem,
