I am a landlord and I hired another roofer to do work on 4 roofs for me. After all the rain in July and August 3 of the roofs still leaked. I called the other roofer and 2 days later the other roofer tells me he is too busy to get back to me .So I frantically was calling around and called Joe at Budget Roofing. He came right out and replaced a roof and then repaired a roof the other roofer replaced. That roof leaked again and he came right out and repaired it and now it doesn't leak. I had another tenant call with a leak, the other roofer had repaired and Joe gave me some options and I went with a new roof. Joe told me he was too busy to get to it but he would put a tarp up until he could get to it free of charge. I was very impressed with that. I have been waiting for a couple of rains to make sure of no leaks before I put in my review. If you have a roof problem call Joe. His prices aren't the lowest but his quality was awesome. As a landlord taking care of my tenants is my number one priority. If you have a roof problem please give Budget Roofing a call, you won't be sorry.
This company is a total rip off!! I paid them to repair my roof and they guaranteed me a warranty. They do not answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. After multiple calls and voicemails unanswered, I was finally able to call in the middle of the day to get someone only to be told that they can't find me in the system and since they can't find me, my warranty is invalid. My roof NEVER stopped leaking even though I paid them to repair it. Not only has the leak gotten worst they are denying that they gave me a warranty at all even though THEY wrote it on the receipt they provided!! I now have to pay another company to clean up the mess they left me with. They have horrible customer service and will take your hard earned money without fixing the issue. Take this as a warning...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You will be out of money along with hundreds of dollars in additional home repairs!! I regret ever using them!!!!
The roofer Joe aka Brian agreed to replace all the missing shingles on my roof, but he didn't finish the job. He claimed that a storm blew off the shingles, after the work was done. However, there wasn't any shingles found in my yard or anywhere on the roof. Lastly, no pictures were taken to confirm the work was done. Stay away. I won't make the same mistake. I should've asked for his license number.
I have tried every means on earth to get this company to stop sending fax advertisements (which I pay for each time!), and they continue to do it. The phone number doesn't work and I have reported them to the National Do-Not Call Registry. Who uses fax advertisements anymore, anyway. I'd be very leery of any contractor who is stuck in the 20th century.
I get a fax nearly every day from this scam. I've tried calling to get my number removed and explain that I don't own the building we're in to no avail.
