After much delay due to weather and our insurance company, Superior did my moms roof and inside drywall and paint today. IT WAS DONE IN ONE DAY! The staff was professional and friendly and conscientious. The job was completely amazingly. Clean up awesome and care to our home and gardens excellent. I would use this contractor again for sure.... thanks Keith, Guy, Dominic, Shawn and Tony- and crew - you have one happy customer.

Superior Design and Restoration was a good choice. I have solar panels on my house and they would have been done sooner but we had to wait on the solar company. They did an excellent job on my home. I would definitely recommend them.

Superior Design & Restoration did a GREAT job on our roof. I must at meant I wasn't sure because you never are completely sure when trying out a new company. But they have been true to everything promised to my husband and I. When they came out they truly did just that! About 8-10 guys started the work early in the AM like 6:30 or 7am. We had some rain damage inside of our home and garage. They have done the inside and have garage left to do but so far that company did an outstanding job as well. When they did the final walk-thru we were please and satisfied. Ask for Steve! Thank you so much. Happy Wife, Happy Life!!!

Great Company! After a bad storm damaged my roof and several of my neighbors homes, Superior Design and Restoration, battled my insurance company, and helped me get approved for my new roof, they did an awesome job. Very professional, friendly and skilled workers! If you do not let them do your roof, you will be sorry, just ask my neighbors, they are still not satisfied with the roofing company that they hired!

We had our roof replaced a few months ago. I waited to post this review to see if we could work things out but that hasn't happened. I'm done waiting. They were very quick to come out, get the job scheduled, and work with the insurance company to get the job lined up. That was great, but after the job was scheduled things were not up to our expectations in terms of customer service. They postponed the job a couple of times because they said it was too cold. Communication was very minimal and last minute. Then, they came out on an even colder day after it had recently snowed and began the work. They had to remove snow from the roof to start the job. They trashed the yard with shingle waste and turned our grass into a muddy walkway. When they were finished installing the new roof, they left without telling us the job was complete. There were trash and nails everywhere in the yard and the driveway. I called to complain about the mud, debris, and nails, and they said that they would come back out and clean up the next day. They never came back to clean up. A follow-up phone call still did not get somebody to come back out. I collected enough nails from my yard and driveway to fill a large Solo cup, a considerable amount of which were collected from our driveway. A few days later we realized that our television was not working because they did not reinstall the dish correctly. I called again to ask if they would come to fix it and they told me they would not come back out. I was advised to have our dish company come out to fix it. They told me they would reimburse me the $99 service fee that the dish company would charge us if I sent them a copy of the bill. When I received the bill the following month, I emailed it to Kristi, the person I had been speaking to on the phone, and I didn't hear anything back for weeks. I emailed again to ask what was going on with the reimbursement; I was told that they wouldn't reimburse me and that I should take up the matter with my insurance company. I emailed directly back to complain and got no response. I called and got no response. The roof itself seems like it was done well, but I would never recommend doing business with a company that behaves this way.
