This company was referred to me by family friends. It took several phone calls and messages left to get him to call me back to find out if he could inspect my roof for repair. He stated he was busy due to the severity of weather and he would go take a look at the roof. This was a rental property and the laundry room was leaking. My tenant stated that a everal days after I talked him Jay Bertsch finally showed up at the door unannounced and was very gruff. She has three children and he wanted her to suddenly be accommodating. She inconveniently complied. He examined the roof and said he’d be right back if he had the part. He explained he knew what the problem was, but then got in his car and left never to be heard from again. I called him back again and left another two messages. Finally another ten days later he called me saying he was busy. When I was about to explain that I hired someone else and that my tenant said he was very impolite to her -He hung the phone up on me. I urge you all to NOT do business with this man. Poor customer service when there are so many willing and able businesses that actually want our business. Is it really that difficult to be nice to one another.
