Our roof was redone by Aspen in the spring of 2016, we hired Aspen because we know the couple that run the Aspen of Michigan. In hind sight I wish we would have more thoroughly vetted contractors prior to choosing Aspen. Currently have been getting the run around for 4+ months waiting to get the wall of our house fixed, due to a leak caused by improper step flashing around the chimney. (The step flashing physically stops before the end of the sub roof.) 9/4/18 - I first noticed the leak while in the basement during a hard rain labor day weekend. I contacted Michael to get our roof looked at. Number attempts at contact. 9/26/18 - After some pestering, they finally sent someone out on to look at the roof, he agreed the step flashing was the issue and that we'd be getting a call with a "quote" soon. I asked for a response and after a couple of attempts was told that they didn't know of any quote in process for me. 10/4/18, 10/11/18, 10/17/18 asked for updates. 10/23/18 - I call Aspen Corporate to try to get someone to come look at our issue. I then get a response, and was given a half-baked quote from someone who has never seen the roof issue, (and didn't know the situation based on the quote.) I provide feedback on quote and ask for it to be updated to match what we need done. A few more update requests. 11/5/18 - Another Aspen employee is finally sent out to look at our roof, now 2+ months after first contact. He doesn't even get on the roof, just talks to me next to the house and gives me another quote, this one less and states that he'll be contacting me as soon as he has a crew lined up to come fix it. 11/20/18 - Contact Aspen as I still have not heard from anyone about the crew coming to fix the leak. 11/28/18 - Attempted contact again. 12/5/18 - Contacted and told that our house would be getting scheduled shortly. 12/12/18 - Asked for update on the roof being scheduled. 1/14/19 - The date this is being written. 4+ months out with a physical hole in the wall of our house under the siding, and the only thing keeping rain from continuing to come in there was the rain diverter I installed back in September. In short I would not recommend Aspen, in fact I would strongly encourage you to avoid them at all costs if you are looking to get roof work done.

Aspen did a wonderful job for my parents! They were quick and courteous when replying to the request for a bid! Ross was great to work with, answered all their questions and stayed behind after the work was completed to make sure all materials were picked up! The high quality work was completed in just one day! I would highly recommend Aspen Contracting for your roofing needs!

We had an appointment for Saturday at 9 am. There was no call and a NO SHOW.

Aspen Contracting came out and gave us a quote on our cabin. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They gave us a price that we thought was fair. They started the project a week later and finished it in one day. After they were done, the project manager did a thorough inspection of the roof and did walk-around the house with us. He showed us pictures of the roof to put us more at ease. That coupled with the lifetime labor warranty they gave us...we couldn't be happier. We will be recommending Aspen Contracting to anyone that needs a roof.

Did a great job roofing my house. Completed it in one day. The lifetime warranty was huge bonus! My brother is having them do his roof as well. Would HIGHLY recommend.
