I had Story put in a basement system due to water in my basement. I found them respectful, competitive in cost and really stood by their system. I waited a year to give a critique and it is working well. The people that did the work were very knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend them. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up the basemen and protecting and respecting my home. They also said I could call them and they could come out and check it for free where others wanted to charge for every visit.

Contacted Story Roofing for a roofing repair (they did not install current roof) in April. They were booked out until mid May. They scheduled repair for May 16-18. Here we are on May 20th - have not shown up or called.

They don’t return calls.
