Austin has been great! He has done solid work for us a few times now. We really appreciate him coming out on the weekend to get our fence fixed up so our dogs can enjoy the yard safely. He is quick and reasonably priced. Very satisfied and would use him again in the future

0 stars if I could. The sales team told me my siding would be installed by a professional. 6 months after my despot was check was cashed a rickety van showed up at my house. Rock Solid contracted my job to the lowest bidder. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had to date. I had to challenge the contractor to replace sub par work almost every step of the way. Everything I questioned led to an argument with the contractor telling me “he’s been doing this for 20 years and that’s how it’s done”. Here are the issues I had to argue to get corrected: Sided over rotted fascia without replacing. Sided over an old bird’s nest without removing. You could see it sticking out of under the new siding. Used white trim at the bottom of the gable creating ugly thin white line that you could see from the road. Bent J channel from bad measurements and cuts. Left gaps above windows with no siding or anything between the inner wall and the elements. Corner work was atrocious. Did not cut or install the fascia aluminum to the correctly so it did not slide under the drip edge. The two front windows I paid extra to have sided to match the siding were sided differently. One was sided using J channel and the other was sided using bent aluminum. The windows are right next to each other. The contractor obviously ran out of material and was to lazy to do the job right. Piles of debris left behind. Seams not caulked. After all this I called Rock solid and told them I didn’t want the contractor back and needed someone to come look at the house. The contractor called me at my place of business, yelled at me for calling Rock Solid. We argued and then agreed that he would be there the next day to fix everything. He never showed up. After listing my complaints to Rock Solid they simply asked when I would be able to complete my payment. That’s the only thing they were concerned with. Apparently, I got a “discount” for being a “show house”. They say pictures tell 1000 words! Feel free to contact me I will arrange a showing of Rock Solid's not so solid work!

We needed a roofing contractor after a heavy rain caused a water stain in a closet in the home.  We didn't know how serious an issue we were facing, but we chose Rock Solid Roofing based upon the positive reviews online.  We are so glad that we chose them.   Ron is the person who came to the home to review the situation.  From the first interaction, he gave us a positive experience.  He called prior to the visit, he was on time, he was professional and friendly.  He was very clean and neat both in appearance and in the care he took when entering and working in the home.  He explained things and even gave me the choice of stepping up the ladder to see the damage from the crawl space or the choice to see a picture.  We don't know anything about this business and he could have taken advantage of that, but he explained that this was a very minor issue that could easily be taken care of with some repairs where an electrical conduit enters the home on the roof.  When Ron was finished with his inspection and review, I told him that my husband was a few minutes away and would be back soon.  he waited for my husband to arrive so that any questions he had could be answered. This time around, we were lucky that it was a minor issue and he helped make sure that our insurance covered it.  When the time comes that we need to replace our whole roof, we will be sure to call Rock Solid Roofing and ask for Ron.  His honesty, integrity and service were outstanding!

Rock Solid Exteriors did a spectacular job! They are the industry standard and I wish all contractors could be like them. Tammie was responsive to my call and easy to schedule with. The workers came out promptly and worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. They first performed an inspection of the roof and found issues that needed to be addressed. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable. I liked that they immediately went to work fixing all the issues and my roof is healthier as a result. All the employees were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I absolutely recommend Rock Solid Exteriors and will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

Another company started my fence & then after 3 weeks of very little working, walked off the job before it was complete.They left a 1/2 done fence that was poorly constructed.Rock Solid Exteriors came in and saved the day. Communication and work was excellent & they completed the job in 2 days! I am grateful for their willingness to fix the problems & do it professionally & fast.Finally I have a fence & a happy dog
