We recently had Stratton come out to our office and give us an estimate on some upgrades we have been wanting to make. They were professional and courteous while in the office and gave a great quote with lots of detail! Definitely will consider them for all of our future office/home improvement projects. Update (12/13/17): Stratton completed the projects mentioned above and everything looks great! Very happy with the decision we made to go with this great company!

I hired Stratton to remove an existing roof "tear off" and re sheet and install new. I talked to and got quotes from close to a dozen roof companies before finally deciding to go with Stratton. First impressions are everything. Right from the moment he got out of his truck, I got the feeling he was being straight up and confident in what he said he could and would do. It was a huge expense for me "not a small job ether" He explained the steps and what would need to be done to do the job right. Other contractors had kind of breezed over what might need to be done once the tear off was done. Again, he was confident and doing it the way it was presented was the only he would do the job. I do have some knowledge of construction and had already anticipated what would be needed. I felt his pricing was fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive either. I had the work done, late summer last year 2017. I waited until now to write my review to see how well things held up and went through storms / snow / ice and more spring rain. The workers were great, cleaned up daily and were very respectful of our home and property. They were there and started on time as I was told they would be. It is now April 2018 and I can say that the work to date is great! No complaints at all and would use them again for a project if the need arises. Thank you again for a job well done!

Stratton had done some general roofing repairs for me over the years, shingle replacement etc. Always did a great job, charging fairly on the small repairs, prompt. We live in a high wind area an our roof was destroyed 1year ago in a wind storm, so we called Dan for a quote on a metal roof to replace the old one. Agreed on price, he helped work with insurance company, etc. All good? Not exactly. The scheduling and the pace of the installation was a nightmare. The subcontractors he hire to replace the gutters tore the old ones down in 3 hours the day of a rain storm. So, my house was flooded, major ceiling, paint and other damage. Stratton left a small tarp on the roof which allowed water into my attic. He verbally agreed to repair everything, and they did very little. I still have to repaint much of the upstairs ceilings. I won’t call them again. I will repaint it myself because they are unreliable. The reason for the 3 star rating is the roof looks great and is awesome. I’m sure they like to point it out. I could go on but...

When I got my house, there were things that needed to be fixed.... the roof was one of those things. I called stration... they came out and gave me a price. Well a man showed up and he would only work on the roof for like a half hour at a time...humm, but ok I always try and cut people slack... BUT then I noticed he looked like he was drunk. I'm a nurse and work a lot of hours, so when the man said he was done one day and left. BUT he did not finish the work. So I called and one of the owners came out and was very rude to me, especially when I complained about the man being drunk. The owner said that my job was subcontracted out to his uncle and they are not responsible .... I said wait a minute.... I paid Stration roofing to fix my roof and I never gave you permission to subcontract my job out. Well then the man agreed to finish the work.... BUT then NEVER came out to do it. What a nightmare....

I myself work in the trades (HVAC) and send all my customers that need builders to Stratton. They have always taken great care of my customers and even helped me sell a job of my own. They are very knowledgeable and have enough employees to tackle any project I throw at them.
