This company does not deserve a rating except a minus. I had windows installed in April 2018, and they leak. The contractor broke my window framing too. In September/October they sent someone out to fix some of the issues only after I contact the BBB. However, the staff at the facility are rude on the phone, and they did not complete the job. When I tried again to get some resolve on this again, they had the manufacturer call me and tell me I would see someone in 2 weeks, well it's December 13, 2018 and it's been a month and I have not seen anyone or heard from anyone. Does anyone know a lawyer to take them on?
