Had to go repair and clean out gutters full of debris like osb tar paper Staples nails and had it clogged for a homeowner. Hangers were bent and not even attached correctly and we're hung in the opposite direct to drian correctly. Left exposed wood in peaks and under over hangs. Holes on the facia.

They have provided quality products for us for many years. They are also the nicest people!

Only reason I'm giving one star is because my roof is done. Never warned us when they were coming out to do it (said our landlord is suppose to warn us, asked landlord, they said kruger was suppose to call us), and when they were pulling the old roof off, one of their tools fell thru my attic and pushed the installation off the ceiling, we've been waiting a month now for someone to come back and fix it. Whoever I talked to kept telling me he would call me when he is back from Detroit, never got that call. We will be doing it ourselves or having the real estate company come do it, when we shouldn't even have to. Hate to say it but the customer service is not there.
