I've used them for over 25 years. In my opinion, each time I dealt with Larry he has provided less and less service with a lackadaisical attitude. I made a point of asking him for separate estimates for 3 jobs I wanted done in my home (as I may not have wanted to do all at the same time). I received in the mail one estimate with all combined. I have also had other problems with him as well with followup. I have spent a great deal there, but, I do not know if I will buy there again unless I get someone else who listens and has a sense of urgency.

Had windows installed and an all seasons bonus room added. The quality and end result was fantastic. Thank you to Kevin and his entire Northern Home Improvement team. Highly recommended.

Used this company in the past and they had wood prices and great quality. My salesman left and new guy Larry has an attitude. Spoke with Norma the owner, he set up an appointment, and Larry never showed. When I called, Larry wad not apologetic at all and told me this wasn't their type of job. Funny that the owner didn't know that.

Bad, bad customer service. They put windows in my house prior to buying it and a sash broke. Called them several times to see if they were interested in replacing it or could at least tell me the window manufacturer and the girl who answered the phone kept telling me she was giving them the messages but they never called me back.

Completed all of my requested jobs in a timely and professional manner.
