Phenomenal home inspector for a great price! Gives you a detailed list of his inspection and is ready to answer any questions or conerns you have! I suspect the negative review is that of a seller that had more wrong with their house then he or she thought.

Watch out for this guy! He's looking to spend your money. Very unrealistic with his inspection. Ask around some of the senior realtors in town. This guy is a crook! Won't be around long!
