Legacy was great to work with from start to finish! They dealt directly with our insurance company and handled everything. Legacy Exteriors did the roofing on our auto dealership and COMPLETED the job in a single day on a SUNDAY so it would not interrupt or inconvenience the business!! Case and Dan are truly first class operators and I would highly recommend them to everyone! 5 STAR company!

A hail storm hit my elderly mothers neighborhood. The Legacy team took care of her roof, her neighbors, and another neighbors windows and roof in Burnsville Minnesota. The communication, customer service and delivery of set expectations was above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend to any friends or family. They made a super unfortunate situation seamless and took the headache of home damage. Thanks Legacy team!!

It's been an ongoing issue since the hail storm last June. They said they'd take care of everything but made many assumptions that I've had storm claims before. My roof was replaced the only week I asked them not to do it because of our wedding, but caved because of their over scheduling issues. I didn't hear from them again for months so called about our broken window. Apparently that was our responsibly but they offered to replace it. Some obnoxious guys showed up, ripped out the trim, left and didn't return. Months later they called, by that time I had called someone else. After a few phone calls where they blamed me for things, I have given up and have learned my lesson the hard way about dealing/trusting contractors. I am rather disappointed since they came highly recommended by a co-worker.

Great company, very easy to work with!

Horrible work, even worse customer service. Had a tech who was suppose to be out three weeks ago at 4 pm and still hasn't shown up. Mind you my issue is covered under warranty and NO call back after voice mails! Will be contacting BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
