Typically I find contractors start their days early. I'm currently in escrow for a new home. Completing the inspection process, its reccomended I pursue a roofing estimate. I Google roofing contractors, Yelp comes up and at the top solid roofing. I read the reviews, like what I'm reading. 7:45 am I ring the number anticipating to leave a message. No, not the case. I expected to leave a message or good morning solid roofing. Instead, hello no company name. Rather, why are you calling, what do you want. I found the individual to be rude and not a professional. I'm sure I was saved from headaches and problem. He said I'm sleeping. Question, why did you forward calls to your cell phone and why answer the phone if you dont want business. Remember, I'm only sharing my experience, but this company will never receive a call from me again. Be assured I will protect others by sharing this message over every social network venues.
