The Star Tribune published an article a couple of weeks ago describing the conditions of some of the apartment buildings owned by QT Properties. Black mold, leaky roofs. Why would anyone ever hire a company owned by a man who can’t stop his own roofs from leaking?

Friends have told me that this company's owner is the same as the owner of the rental property management company called QT properties, which has failed to properly maintain the roofs on some of its own properties... Troubling...is this an issue of unqualified technicians at QTCCR or property manager who is ignoring his tenants?
