Working with the project manner was great. He was thorough, detailed, responsive and informative. His team of roofers included people who were hard working, respectful And communicative. Their prepping of the area was fantastic! They took great effort to protect my gardens. Their clean up was equally amazing! John Vail and Alex Giles were great to work with. Assisted all the way through the process from filing the claim through checking during and after completion. Polar Builders and Sally Bristol did a fantastic job in guiding us through process of getting a new roof due to hail damage. They coordinated with insurance company and did all the work in a timely manner. Sally managed the process and we did not have to do much but pick out shingles!!
