Dave was very responsive and professional from the beginning. Our insurance company was reluctant to replace our roof but due to Dave's knowledge of roof damage and how a roof performs he was able to show the need for a new roof. The roof replacement work went very well and Dave's crew were very friendly and quick. When it comes time for additional work like this I will not hesitate to contact Liberte Construction.

We recently had a storm hit out neighborhood. There were more contractors coming by our house than I could keep count of. One in particular impressed me. He was the third or fourth I allowed to inspect my property. It was obvious he knew his stuff. He found more damage than any other contractor, gave clear expectations of the process, and made both myself and my wife really comfortable. My State Farm adjuster showed up a half hour early. From the movement we spoke on the phone he sounded like he was setting up the fact he was going to tell me there wasn't enough damage to replace my roof and siding. It was the same when he showed up and started taking pictures. Luckily, Dave showed up right after he did. Turns out they had met many times. They walked the property together. Multiple times my adjuster was giving an opinion that didn't sound favorable. The rep from Liberte was very professional. He kept bringing up different areas and asking for the adjusters opinion. There was a lot of back and forth. Eventually, the adjuster was shown enough he was convinced. Dave even had with him Measurements and emailed over literature he needed on the spot to write to fully replace my roof and siding, he even got the deck, fence, and some windows included. There's no way this would have been the same out come had he not been there with the adjuster. We really needed to get the work done quickly. What impressed me more was the speed to get things scheduled and built. Only a week after picking materials, I was contacted by their office shortly after to have my roof and siding scheduled, roofers built my roof in a day. Siding took a little over a week the following week. The windows had a longer turn around time, but the guys that came over and did the install were professional, courteous and neat. The paint work was also very clean. I've done that deck many times and know how much attention to detail it took for their guy to complete with no drips or overspray. The production manager kept me in the loop the whole time and always responded to calls or texts. Liberte handled everything with insurance, I never had to pick up the phone after the initial call in to make the claim. It was never promised, but when the window crew finished and cleaned the new windows, they even cleaned the glass on the ones that didn't get replaced. Had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them.
