I called Joel frantically this morning because my roof was leaking after a major storm and he came out to take a look at it a few hours later. In the end only small repairs were needed, and he fixed a few unsealed exposed nail heads. It didn't take any time at all, and after he fixed everything he told me that the work was so minimal he wasn't going to charge. Thank you!
