Mike, whom a coworker had referred him to me, had repaired the roof of our home more than 5 years ago. We had a leak going into our master bedroom closet. He did not have to go in our home to check it out. He had his staff promptly show up and repaired it. We did not have any problem with the roof since then. I was so impressed with their service that earlier this year, I had contacted him to address a bad leak in a roof from a small commercial building. I could not reach him though so I had to find another company that ended up reroofing. A few weeks later, Mike called me back. It turned out that he was out for a few weeks but he still returned my call. Given the recent rains, the roof that was just reroofed leaked and I could not get the previous company to timely respond so I called Mike. Mike quickly responded and had his foreman, Oscar drop by even on a Sunday to check out the leak. I wanted to post this FIVE STAR review since we are so appreciative of him and Oscar for their prompt response.
