Excellent experience all around from Presidential Roofing. The estimating process was thorough, the bid was received quickly, the Project Manager rechecked the job before materials were ordered (while answering all my questions). Materials were delivered when promised, trash made it into the dumpster, the roofing job went faster than expected, and the crew was pleasant and conscientious. I created a punch list after the job was complete, and the 8 or so items were handled within 48 hours. Great experience - from estimating, to Project Management, to install, to follow-up from the office afterward. Highly recommend.

Presidential Roofing did a great job on our residential flat roof garage! We had several engineering problems that needed to be overcome & they were able to problem solve on the spot in a satisfactory way. The workers were courteous and kept the job site clean. We are thrilled we no longer need to shovel the snow off the roof, or sweep the puddles of rain to prevent our garage from leaking. Highly recommend!

Presidential Roofing did a killer job on our roof. We reached out to 8 roofing companies and they were the fastest to get back to us. We ended up receiving quotes from 7 of the companies. Throughout the process, Presidential was the quickest to respond and provided the most thorough information. The project ended up costing more than we'd anticipated (this is at the quoting phase, all 7 companies confirmed for us that we'd underestimated the project cost). Presidential was very helpful in working with us to find the right solution that met our needs and our budget. Javier and Jeff were our two main points of contact. Both were excellent! During the actual installation, the crew was respectful. Other than the inevitable loud banging, I wouldn't have known that they were there. Installation took about 2 weeks. Final inspection passed with a 99%, so we got the warranty easily. And, after the next snow storm there wasn't a single leak anywhere. I highly recommend Presidential. Will definitely be using them for future roof needs.
