After a lot of research and careful consideration I selected Gardner Contracting among the many that are out there to take care of my roofing, gutter and fencing needs. From start to finish I was clearly communicated with and updated throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gardner Contracting delivered in every way I had hoped going into the experience. From the communications with the office staff in Amanda, Heather and Tia, or the roofing crew led by Miguel and Eric the site manager my expectations were met and exceeded. However, the true gem of the group and my constant interface with the company was with Project Manager, Scott Meisenhelder. Scott is a one of kind in professionalism, knowledge, communication and experience. This is the type of person that has high moral character and you can be very comfortable that his high attention to detail will make things right from the start through the end of the project. As a very particular homeowner, that admittedly can be a pain in the rear for contractors, I feel fortunate to have had Scott oversee my project. He just gives you the sense that he's as particular as you are and treats your home like he would his. I want to highly recommend Gardner Contracting, LLC. I needed 2 new roofs due to last years hail damage. My home,and my dog daycare building. Gardner Contracting came highly recommended. Scott Meisenhelder, the project manager came out numerous times before the work started to make sure all the details of the work was covered. He also worked with both insurance companies to ensure my coverage. My roofs had some particular roofing needs due to the age related designs of the structure. The crews that did all the work were so respectful of working on my property. They worked hard and cleaned up all the areas so well. They were careful around my landscaping too. This is a very professional company. All the questions I had about the process from beginning to end were always answered. I appreciate the time Scott and others took to work with me. Gardner Contracting did an amazing job on my parent's roof! I'm not a homeowner myself, but I will absolutely use Gardner when my time comes. Dustin White was exceptional. He helped my parents navigate the roofing world, and walked them through the process from start to finish, including insurance! He came out after his crew was done to make sure they had done things right. It felt like he was truly invested in their roof. I'm so grateful for that.
