Excellence! Perfection! Creative problem solving! Integrity! Knowledge! Workmanship! These are some of the attributes you will recognize in working with Jacob and JOB Inc. He has remodeled our kitchen, built a custom, European walk-in shower; tiled the entire house; completed custom masonry for the fireplace hearth; built irrigated raised gardens and a lighted flagstone entry staircase; regraded the yard to control water run-off and a number of other projects. You will always love him as a person and you will love the detail he puts into his finished work.
I hire JOB, Inc. to do all of my work. JOB, Inc. has built us beautiful bathrooms and will be doing our kitchen in October. If you want the Job done right they are the goto Company.
It’s not common that you find a company that goes above and beyond for their customer and takes pride in their work which is why I am writing a review for JOB Inc. I recently contracted with JOB Inc to correct some paver work around my home. The original paver work was installed on the cheap by a local unlicensed landscaper and while the install looked good to the untrained eye, the installers did not take into account the grade of the land or the path that water would need to take to drain out of the property. Heavy rains would result in water pooling on the side of the house and because the pavers were installed all the way up to the stucco and covered the stem wall, the water would soak into my home and it caused water damage in the dry wall along the length of my house. I tried working with several contractors before getting in touch with Jacob at JOB Inc. From the start, my experience with JOB Inc was head and shoulders above the rest. Jacob was the ONLY contractor that showed up when he said he would both at the start to look at the project and then later once work commenced. Jacob was always willing to hear my concerns and questions and provide me with explanations and options. I would get off work after they had finished for the day and Jacob would make extra trips out to my house to answer questions I had and explain what was going on. There were small things I was impressed with like when he took off his shoes without being asked when he came in the house to look at the dry wall damage. His crew completed the project in a satisfactory amount of time and during the project they provided me with updates and accurate timelines for completion. As a fairly new homeowner, this experience has been very valuable for me. I learned that while it may be cheaper initially to have an amateur take on a project, there is a hidden cost which you pay later when you need to hire someone to come in and correct the mistakes. Going forward, even though the cost may be significantly cheaper, I will not be using unlicensed labor to work on projects. While the financial investment is greater to work with a licensed contractor, I consider the contract I had with JOB Inc to be well worth it for peace of mind and knowing that the work is being done by professionals. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I would highly recommend JOB Inc to friends and family and would not hesitate to work again with Jacob, Gary, and JOB Inc on future projects. I was very happy with the work and the communication during the project. If you are thinking of getting work done at home, I cannot recommend JOB Inc highly enough!
