Came out at 7am in the pouring rain after a tornado hit our neighborhood. Made emergency repairs to several roofs to stop leaks . He was in the neighborhood almost all day helping out. He even redid some roof repairs that another contractor didn't do right. Since that time he has roofed 3 houses including mine and has at least 3 others in the neighborhood to do. Lyle gave reasonable bids on all the houses, used quality products, and showed up when he said he would. Cleaned up very good after he finished the job. I would highly recommend him, and have several neighbors that would also.

I would give no stars if available. A high school friend recommended them to me. They came & I said I needed a carpenter to repair a broken corner of house w guttering, cedar eaves broken, a hole where squirrels were getting in & a roofer for the whole roof. They said they could do it all. Before I could get any comparative quotes I was pressured to speed up the process to fit their schedule. Then when they came the carpenter was not w them, they just did the roof, had some ancient Hispanic man who could not cut a straight board to save his life, fix the cedar eaves part. 2" gaps were present & board did not fit. They would not fix the corner were there was a hole in the house. He & his brother were riding high w $40,000 Harley's, while their whole roofing team was Hispanic & barely spoke English. (Had some storm damage later & the new roofers said they did not follow a straight line w the shingles. They sold me on Tamko architectural shingles that has a 30 yr warranty & if any thing happens to the shingles, Tamko would pay for the new shingle & labor. (Tamko is in a class action suit for not honoring their warranty, the adhesive is shoddy on the shingles & the grit ends up in the gutters after a couple of year & leaves roofs bare. See Google.) I picked a drift wood color, the color was not the same when they came. It matched my neighbor's shingles & was more brown. They had already did three rows until I noticed. Nothing was done. Where my roof & the covered porch meets there was a hole, I discussed this when they said they can do carpentry & all. I had to climb on the roof & show them again, to put metal on either side of the hole because the squirrels ate through the concrete board. They never did that, they showed me the heavy duty flashing they would use to cover around the board. I found it unopened in the gully btw me & my neighbor's property. The cedar they picked out had cracks & knots in it. Instead of prying off the whole trim piece, replace the crack, 4' from the ridge of house moving the whole piece up & then only adding another 6' piece from the corner where the hole in the house was...the ancient Hispanic man just replaced a 2' piece (of course angles cut all wrong) & left hole in corner of roof. The did not caulk or paint it. I was not happy w the 3rd grader carpentry work. The brother from Springdale said they could wrap it w aluminum brown siding & match it on the other side of the house & I would never have to paint the trim. The main brother from Sarcoxie, MO agreed then. But after they received their $, they reneged on all that promise. They hounded me on getting the money to them. They took the extra money I needed for a carpenter & blew town. In a three-way conversation w my high school friend & Lyle, the guy from Sarcoxie, promised they would do the metal trim. Then never did it. I had to call them back because I had a leak by my heating duct & the roof was still in warranty, mentioned again the metal trim work. He got angry, was yelling @ me; saying we are not going there or I won't come to fix the leak. The did come & caulked it. If you use them, make sure the roofers follow a plumb line, use them only for roofing & hold back half the $ until they fufill all promises. But there are better roofers & honest brokers out there, I wished I had kept looking.
