We had our roof replaced recently. Austin and his team were just that, at team. The process of showing us the samples and advising us what would be best for our home was very seamless. The crew had our roof on very quickly and when they were done, there was no debris or anything to show that they were even there. Royal Contracting Solutions is by far the only company that I would refer. Austin and team has made a customer for life.

We hired Royal Contracting Solutions trying to keep in local in our small community, also fellow members with Austin waters at the Chamber of Commerce, Now Mayor Mark Guffey Royal rep went to school with my Wife. He made promisses, shook my hand, took our money and has avoided us ever since. There was one call where he said there will be push back if we decide to include him in this story. Hard not to he was the man that sold us a junk roof. Horrible customer service, Owner made extortion accusations and accused us being thieves when we complained about the poor workmanship while the roof was being installed. He has been paid on full just to take away his limp justification and end his accusations. Our roof is ugly, was leaking I had to make repairs, no English speaking workers on the job during installation, littered bug non skilled laborers, absent minded forgetful Forman good for apologizing not good at follow through. Would not recommend this company to any one stay away. We are not done, I don't get mad I make things right.

I hired Royal Contracting after my home had smoke damage from our wood pellet stove. Not only were they quick to get the damage cleaned and repaired they helped guide me through the insurance process. 5 stars go out to Austin and his crew!!
