After six (6) phone calls to set up on an estimate after hail and tornado knocked down a 33" diameter tree on my back roof - the gal told me she couldn't find my information but would get back to me None has happened. To them I give - 4 stars

This company installed the shingles on my roof. I own a new home. Shingles in one spot went missing. I contacted the owner and he sent someone out to replace the missing shingles. Not long after shingles from that exact spot went missing a second time; this time it caused water damage to my home. The owner sent a crew back to replace the shingles. Now here I am a 3rd time with the same exact issue. Shingles from the same exact spot are missing again...more water damage. Apparently they’re doing a horrible job at installing them. I called the company today and left a message for the owner. Also sent a text message. I’m to the point of taking them to court because the poor quality of work has caused water damage to my home. I have proof of calls, voice messages from them, pictures and etc from all the times they have come out. I will update this review if I hear back from the owner and if they fix this issue PROPERLY this time. My suggestion to others...find a roofing company where they take pride in their work and do it right the FIRST time!

This review is not complaining about price, but about a poor initial quote, fixing one problem while creating another one, poor warranty work, poor customer service from the Wesley Roberts (owner's son), and the complete inability to assume responsibility for one's mistakes. My issue was brought to the attention of the front office and I must say they were all extremely professional; however the complaint was passed to Wesley and since he's the owner's son he thinks he can treat customers poorly and get away with it without worry of losing his job. At the end of the day, extremely poor customer relations from Wesley is the basis for this one star review. Roof replacement was performed in January of 2017. Original quote was $1400 but got charged $2025 with no notification of change. This was 45% more than the original quote. This was because the estimator, Wesley (owner's son), never measured or saw my roof during the estimation process. His excuse was that he has priced jobs like this one many times. That being said, he evidently hasn't learned anything because he was off by 45% of the original estimate. The roof was worth $2025 and probably more; however Wesley offered no apology or excuse except that the roof was bigger than he though. Here's your sign! Fast forward 20 months and Hurricane Florence's rain cause a leak in the roof of my nook. The roof actually fixed some old issues, but uncovered new ones in the process. When ROBCO replaced the old flashing, they uncovered missing mortar between the bricks and did not fix it. I found this issue during post damage inspection. Instead of filling the missing mortar in with new mortar or even letting someone know, the crew did nothing, which resulted in another leak. ROBCO says they will not cover the roof repair under their 10 year warranty after 20 months. Their roof work would have been fine had they repaired the missing mortar they uncovered in the flashing removal process. A roof worker showed up to repair the roof and immediately noticed the deficiencies of the old crew not cleaning up and repairing the roof leak completely. This roof worker attempted to skim the work for himself for $200, but after consulting ROBCO he found out I was being charged $250 regardless so he attempted to repair the roof under ROBCO's time. The resulting repair was sloppy and unprofessional. It may stop the leak, but it looks like a child performed the repair with sloppy caulking and cleanup. My interactions with the ladies at the front office at ROBCO were great; however the great attitude ended when everything was passed to Wesley. Wesley could learn a lot about customer service front the ladies in the front office! At the end of the day, I would not recommend ROBCO due to their poor customer service, poor estimate techniques, inability to clean up after the job, poor quality assurance, and blatant disregard of their 10 year warranty.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IF you can find someone else to do your roof or gutters, use another contractor. 100% misinformation regarding minimum credit card security hold. We were told it's a $300 hold on our card until an invoice was processed. I called back 3 times to make sure once work was completed, $300 WOULD NOT be charged if the work was less than that. I was assured ABSOLUTELY, in fact, I was told that would be crazy to charge 300 for more than the job was. Well, the workers came out, mind you, they had to anyway as they were working across the street. They used parts WE ALREADY HAD.. and worked 20 minutes rerouting a gutter. We were charged exactly $300!! What in the hell???? This makes absolutely 0 sense. We were lied to regarding what the card hold was "really" for when they called stating the charges and when we complained about them. CROOKS!!!! Unreal:(
