Completely satisfied the roof replacement. Very professional job. Clean up was done in such a way that you could not tell that any work was done; there was no damage to plants or scrubs.

I can't say enough great things about Independent Construction Services and the work they've done to install our new roof. From the moment I first spoke with owners Lynda and Chad, they took the initiative in making sure that they, and their crew, were courteous, timely, thorough and just downright friendly. They made the entire process EASY to handle, and their entire crew made every effort to ensure that the integrity of the roof and our yard came first. Even went so far as to continue sweeping for nails in the yard well after sundown, knowing that our children love to play outside every chance they get. The reason? From one of their roofers - "We have children too. It's important to us." That's the service you'll get from this superior roofing company.

We have absolutely no complaints. They gave us a clear, concise estimate, arrived as scheduled, re roofed 4 cabins in one day, cleaned up and were gone. Excellent service and great job overall on a full roof reacement.

We can honestly fully recommend Independent Construction Services! We had total roof shingle replacement that included Architectural shingles, replacing some bad sheathing, replacing drip edge, installing 2 bath vent hoods, some bad fascia boards and small area of siding, and installing new gutters with downspouts. They also installed 3 sun tunnels for us that helped tremendously with getting some natural light in our home. Chad and Lynda(owners) along with their crews were very helpful, responsive, and prompt with all correspondence with us. We also can't say enough good things about their work crew. If I had a concern about something, they had the correct solution and didn't try to cut corners. Cleaned up work areas well when done. Very professional all around. You may be able to save a little money with other roofers, but I don't think you can get better service overall!
