No. No. No. Don't do it. Let me count the reasons why: 1) Takes the money, does NOT complete the job. 2) Took supplies we paid for to use on our project, and will use on his other projects (theif). 3) Did NOT PULL A BUILDING PERMIT. 4) Actual work done, subpar. Either had to be redone or will have to be redone in the near future. 5) SEVERLY underquoted our job. 6) Provided nothing in writing, claiming to be a good guy. Said he would provide receipts. Never did. 7) Works from about 9-2. Much of that time, sitting around "discussing the job" with his hired help. 8) Claims he's "got a guy" to do roofing, stucco, electrical (stuff he doesn't do) and their quotes are much higher than if you got them quote yourself. 9) And THEN, he will want YOU to pay for those services. 10) Suspected drug use. Unreliable. Physical evidence in appearance. Don't hire this guy. He's a mess.
