I had an excellent experience with Storm Guard - Charlotte. Jordan was our rep and he's a very pleasant person to work with. During the roof installation the owner Jim stopped by for a quality control check and I had an excellent conversation with him. Not only was he there to check for quality but he was also there to check on his guys and see if they needed anything from him. Just meant something to me that the owner was so engaged with everyone. I highly recommend this company and have to several other people, and they've also been happy. A+++

My experience with Storm guard was fantastic. Jordan walked me through the job from start to finish. He was well spoken and professional. Jordan answered all my questions and concerns. I called Storm Gaurd because my ceiling had water damage. I had no idea that I had hail damage that was the cause of it. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan Potts as he was able to see the entire project through from start to finish. He let me know exactly what to expect, so there were no surprises.
