When I needed my house roofed I contacted Elements roofing. They were very easy to talk to and get an appraisal and appointment to do roof. In less than two weeks they came out and did the work in one day. The work was excellent and working with them was easy and painless. Best part is after I had an issue with my money for payment of roof Elements sat down with me and we worked out a very gonna d payment plan it was awesome for them to do this. I would give Elements five stars and highly recommend using them
Issac Jr, gave my client a blank work order to do work for hail damage. The issue for this is that Issac is using what the insurance says they will pay. When I called and asked for a scope of the job, so what exactly are you going to be doing, he refused to provide that to my client. He said that he would do the work that the insurance said needed to be done. The problem with this is that there was work that needed to be done prior to the roof being replaced, such at Facia needed to be replaced, not at the insurance expense, before the new drip edge could be installed. This is just one example. Isaac set up a time to meet with me at our mutual clients this morning at 8AM and he failed to show up. My drive time was 1.5 hours there and it was a big waste of time. He told me hew would then meet me at 8:44am as that is what his GPS said was the arrival time. I proceeded to drive to their location in Sterling at 619 s 11th Ave just to find a small area fenced and overgrown with weeds, and no office. Isaac has the only copy of the Insurance estimate and refused at all cost to provide that to me or the client. I would highly recommend staying away from this contractor. He is not upfront on pricing, he's unethical in any business dealings, unwilling to provide normal estimate prior to start of work so we knew what to expect, he just wanted the contract signed and have blank check waiting for him. STAY AWAY, this company is a scam! Unethical to say the least.... UPDATE! Today i received an email from Janet Zimmerman. Esq. in Sterling with a CEASE AND DESIST letter indicating that I am to take this post down. That will not happen, I do have a 1st Amendment right of Freedom of speech and intend to use my Rights to warn others of this Unethical company. He also called the police on me yesterday and after talking with the office, I had not done anything Illegal by asking for the copy of the estimate. I did however redirect the situation to the fact that since Issac has the estimate, and we both had asked for it back, that this is the definition of Theft. He agreed and then proceeded to call Isaac back. Im still waiting on the update, as we did indicate we wanted to press charges for theft. I will provide the Call # upon request. This guy is a joke and will stop at nothing to prove his point. The simple fact is that he will not be doing the work, wasted my time and I will be billing him for, and how he has brought law enforcement into the situation only for it to backfire in his face. The icing on the cake is the email from an attorney telling me to take down my review of 100% accurate FACTS. How unprofessional is that? The address she had on the letter isn't even my current business address so she clearly hasn't done her due diligence. The point of her letter to me is that i'm not to talk to Isaac, like we are in elementary school.. we need a teacher to tell us to stay away from each other. Come on now, really? I need to communicate with Isaac through Janet? I don't think so, not even for a little bit, there is no chance at all that will happen. The Cool part is that Janet is wasting her time for several reasons. The biggest reason is that I have no reason to talk to Isaac. None whatsoever! We have obtained the claims estimate from the insurance carrier, He will be getting a bill from me for my time, and if he doesn't pay the bill then it will be turned over to collections and / or small claims court. Had he lived up to his word and met me on Monday morning at 8AM like he agreed to, heck - he even set the date and time and i have the txt messages to prove it. This will be a no brainer in court, in the unlikely event it goes that far. Either way, Stay Away From This Company! More to follow at this unfolds.
