We love our Joyce Factory screened in porch. All of the people we dealt with were obviously passionate about their jobs. Our installation was completed in a timely manner and the final product looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product.

I am very happy with windows and overall work Joyce Factory direct performed at my house. They turned my sun room from ugly duckling into Brsutiful Swan. It was. Wonderful experience and I like to thank you for the job well done.

As a former employee, this company is shady and dishonest. After leaving the company in the middle of November 2017, they are refusing to pay me for the jobs I had sold. The owner of the company ignores emails, and is trying to sweep everything under the rug. I would not recommend this company to any customer or future employees. **SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEM AND BE CAREFUL**

I had my windows done by Joyce and was pretty impressed by the install and the windows. However, I pushed my luck and ordered a door. Got a call saying the door had been delivered. They made an appointment, but didn't have the door *and* the screen door so they wanted to come two times. When I refused, they didn't call back. When I called a week and a half later, I was told "the door just came in". Then I was told when they would show up, didn't ask if it was convenient or would I be home, just when I could expect them. I told them that time didn't work for me since I had a prior appointment. So, they wanted to install the door while I was away! Apparently, it was more important to work me into *their* schedule than find a time that worked for the customer, me. Finally, the guy said he would talk to the installer and come up with a time. Saturday morning, I got a call and the installer said he was on his way. Good thing I didn't want to do anything else on my weekend, right? Was an hour late. Now, as I sit in my living room with the doors closed, I can smell him smoking in the other part of my house. Ugh. From a pretty happy experience to one of the worst experiences. Update: Had a visit from two reps from the company who assured me that all my concerns had been addressed and how they had been addressed. Looked at the installed door carefully and explained how things that I thought were bad were really ok and why they were ok. They listened to my concerns and were careful to hear me out without being condescending. I was favorably impressed. I couldn't ask for more re: making me happy as a repeat customer. So I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 4.
