I'm SHOCKED at everyone's reviews about this company. My daughter lives in a townhome and the HOA sent over Josh and a helper to do some repairs. However, Josh did not do most of the work, but was responsible for his helper. After 7 visits, I can honestly say they have caused more damage to the inside and outside of her home. Please look at the pictures I have posted. This is how her home looks as of yesterday. At this point, they are NEVER allowed at her home again. Click on the picture, I have posted 9 pictures.

I can't say enough about how great it was working with this company, specifically Richard and the owner John who went the extra mile to finish my job hours before Hurricane Florence touched down. I was dealing with water intrusion in my town home community and Capital Exterior delivered. Not a drop of water came through during the storm from the work they did on the exterior. Their communication, followups, quality and solutions were top notch and I can't thank these guys enough!

Overcharged us and then absolutely refused to give us a detailed description of charges . We will never call on them again.
