Need to find different sales rep, and estimater. Windows, siding and roof, 120,000. Second est 60,000 from well known company. There is something really wrong here.

Our insurance company called this company and they sent Alex Trantham out to survey our roof damage (hail). Alex was very helpful during the whole process; he went over everything he found and told me what all needed to be done to fix it. He made the whole process of dealing with our insurance company so easy. He communicated with them via video chat and made sure they could see everything that needed attention. Alex was a very honest and up front contractor. I HIGHLY recommend you call him for all of your roofing needs.

Very disappointed with entire contract process. Impossible to get a quote from them- they would only go by the insurance estimate. Tried to upsell a package for $4500 in addition to what we were paying for a better (architectural) shingle. Tried to straighten out overcharges on contract- but to no avail. Thought they had a great reputation.

Loved the work they did! From beginning to end the process was easy. Rick Hamlet came to do an estimate. Talked about the process from beginning to end. Worked with my insurance Company directly. Within two weeks the shingles were dropped off with materials. The next day the workers came. All friendly and helpful. Took down my Xmas lights for me. One days work. All cleaned. New roof. Clean area around the home. Randy the supervisor checked the work the day of and the day after. Cleaned again the day after. Would definitely recommend to EVERYONE!
