White Castle installed our new Roof! Overall White Castles Sales, Quality and Communication was excellent. The salesman Chris was not pushy and did not oversell. Chris C. was Awesome!! The price was reasonable, the communication during the job was very good. They where transparent with any issues or my concerns and rectified them quickly.

Sometimes it's hard to know what you're going to get with a roofing company, or with any company who is going to be doing work on your house at all. I'm pleased to say that I felt like White Castle treated my house as their own. Perhaps even more importantly, I was impressed with the level of communication and follow-up. James, CJ, and Emily are professionals who care. They do what they say they're going to do. What more could you want?

Needed gutter replacement. First I had to leave a message to get estimate. Someone called me back 4 days later to set up appointment 3 days from then. That person never showed up and didn’t even call. If I could leave zero stars I would. It would be nice to have some much business, you can blow off the little things. Update: I was contacted after this review and they did apologize for their confusion. I do appreciate the honesty.

We just had our roof replaced last week, and I would recommend White Castle Roofing. Their project management and sales team are prompt and responsive; and their terms were the most favorable of the estimates we had obtained.

I'm extremely happy with our new roof. White Castle replaced the decking which is finally up to code and no more water in the house. A very professional company to work with and was highly recommended by a friend and our insurance agent.
