Jim was the only contractor who even took 10 minutes out of his busy day to day work to give me a quick quote on the installation of some dryer vents for my apartment community. At the beginning communication hasn't been the greatest. Once the project started they had to stop for a while to order more siding. I had to call to figure out why the job was left undone, I feel like they should have communicated that to me. I have had a few other issues here and there that I have had to follow up on. Overall, the house looks nice now, just wasn't the smoothest process to get where it is now.

Jim did a great job of matching the color to our existing siding for some repairs and completed the job as promised. Price quote was spot on and they were quick to respond to any questions.
