Marc, owner of 1st Response Roofing, SUCCEEDED in our roof repair where others (local independent, local roofing company, and two manufacturer reps) failed to identify and completely resolve our roofing problem. I called Marc in the late afternoon to replace a number of shingles that blew off as a result of high winds the previous day. Marc arrived just after sunset and replaced the missing shingles until the job was complete, which was well after dark. Marc is reliable goes the extra mile and his work is always of high quality.

Marc did a beautiful job installing our new roof. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. And, when the plumber mis-installed the water heater piping up through the roof, Marc came back TWICE to fix the plumber's shoddy work, to make sure it was done properly. We appreciate his attention to detail beyond words. He also went the extra mile, providing us with paperwork that we sent to the insurance company. Our new roof allowed us to reduce our homeowners' insurance rates, and we had no idea before he told us this! I would recommend Marc hands-down for any roofing job.
